Situated in the city centre, in between Waitrose and the Coach Station, they have a super friendly reception area, and an on-site café serving great coffee. Directions: Heading West from Cheltenham Coach Station, take St James’ Square leading onto Jessop Avenue. Festival House is on your left, just passed Jessop House and before you get to Waitrose.
Parking: There are six free visitor spaces on-site. If no spaces available onsite, then you can park at Chelt Walk Car Park. It costs £2.90 for up to 2 hours.
