Completing court forms accurately and efficiently can be quite daunting. It’s important to get it right first time to avoid delays in the process. You currently have three options to complete a C100 (parenting) or Form A (finances), which are the forms you need to start the court process.

What is a McKenzie Friend?
A McKenzie friend is a support person for individuals representing themselves through the family court process, offering various forms of assistance, for example completion of a C100 and/or Form A completion, submission of forms to court, preparation for any CAFCASS meetings, organising of case documents and additional statements and providing in-person court support.
However, it is important to note that McKenzie friends are unable to offer legal advice or legal representation in court, as their role differs significantly from a licensed legal professional such as a solicitor or barrister.
