We send you a financial questionnaire to complete
An experienced family law solicitor will review the questionnaire and prepare for your call
You will have a 20-minute phone conversation to discuss your case
You will receive a written report of what has been discussed and the advice given
Great to get advice on what you should do for mediation or self-representation
Can all be completed remotely – and all for a fixed fee

Please note there will be an additional charge of £24 plus VAT for your ID verification process. This is necessary for compliance purposes.

Time does not have to be used in one go. You can carry over any unused minutes
You will receive a written report of what has been discussed and the advice given

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We send your completed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Open Financial Statement (OFS) to a family law solicitor
The experienced family law solicitor will read the MOU and check the OFS
They will write a report of their views on the agreement you have reached in mediation
Gives you peace of mind that your agreement is a fair one from a family law expert
Allows you to show the court that you have taken independent legal advice on your agreement. This means it is more likely to be accepted by the court
