Emma is a family law specialist at DFA Law, one of Mediate UK's trusted legal partners. With nearly two decades of experience in family law since 2006 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2012, Emma brings extensive expertise to complex family matters.

She specialises in all aspects of family law, including divorce proceedings, financial settlements, cohabitation matters, and domestic abuse cases. She has particular depth of knowledge in private law children matters, having successfully handled numerous complex cases involving child arrangements and welfare.

As a Resolution member and Law Society accredited Family Law specialist, Emma is committed to constructive, non-confrontational approaches to resolving family disputes.

She has served as a Domestic Abuse Champion for Oxfordshire since 2018.

Rhiannon works with Family Legal Solicitors. She is a Law Society-accredited specialist in Family Law with over 13 years' experience guiding clients through separation, divorce and related issues. She trained at a respected firm in Gwynedd, where she developed a strong focus on high net worth financial matters and complex cases involving arrangements for children.

An established industry expert, Rhiannon has spent more than 12 years working exclusively in private family law. She is recognised for her expertise, clear advice and supportive approach in helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes during difficult times.

Charmian is a barrister at St Ives Chambers, one of Mediate UK's legal partners, specialising in Financial Remedy proceedings and private law children matters. She was a finalist for Barrister of the Year at the Worcestershire Law Society Legal Awards 2025, recognition of her continued excellence at the Bar.

As an experienced advocate, Charmian represents clients at every stage of proceedings, from initial hearings through to complex multi-day final hearings. She appears regularly in the Family Court and handles TOLATA claims in the County Court, representing applicants, respondents and interveners alike.
